The new Subaru WRX is offered in trims that have been designed with a rally theme. In this, you're allowed a distinct style and values of performance that deserve to be exercised across Pasco and Walla Walla:
The updated Subaru WRX features a 2.4-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 271 horsepower. This powerplant incorporates a dual active valve control system, variable valve timing, and electronic throttle control for responsive acceleration.
Driving enthusiasts in Kennewick will appreciate the available six-speed manual transmission that puts you in complete control. The continuously variable transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode is offered on select trims. Full-time all-wheel drive (AWD) comes standard across the lineup, delivering confident traction in all conditions. The brake actuated limited slip differential enhances cornering performance and stability.
Inside the 2026 Subaru WRX, a stunning 11.6-inch multimedia display serves as the command center for entertainment and connectivity. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, Bluetooth hands-free connectivity, and radio.
Higher trims add voice-activated navigation with TomTom software and a powerful Harman Kardon speaker system with 11 speakers. Families in Kennewick will enjoy SiriusXM capability and travel link services. The system also supports over-the-air updates to keep your technology current.
The cabin of the updated Subaru WRX accommodates five passengers in comfort with performance-inspired seating. Base and Premium trims feature cloth upholstery with red stitching. Limited and GT models upgrade to Ultrasuede and leather-trimmed seats.
The tS and Series.Yellow trims include heated Recaro front bucket seats with eight-way power adjustment for the driver. Dual-zone automatic climate control maintains ideal temperatures. The power sunroof on select trims brings natural light into the cabin. Shoppers from Richland will find heated front seats particularly welcoming during cooler months.
The aggressive stance of the 2026 Subaru WRX makes a bold statement with its compact sedan body style.
Auto on/off LED headlamps provide excellent visibility with auto-leveling and auto high-beam functionality. Front fog lamps enhance visibility in challenging Tri-Cities weather, while the integrated lip spoiler adds aerodynamic flair. Wheel options range from 18-inch alloy wheels to 19-inch performance wheels on tS and Series.Yellow trims. Body-colored or power-heated side mirrors complete the athletic appearance.
Subaru driver assist technology comes standard, featuring adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and collision mitigation. Select trims add blind spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert for added awareness.
The 2026 Subaru WRX also includes eight airbags, vehicle dynamics control, and a driver monitoring alert system. Available reverse automatic braking helps prevent collisions when backing up.
