The Subaru Outback is Making a Statement

Serving drivers throughout Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and the Tri Cities area, McCurley Integrity Subaru is thrilled to offer popular models such as the Subaru Outback. With so many SUVs out there to choose from, one that offers dependability, off-road capability, and innovative features may be an exciting find. That is why the Subaru Outback is an ideal choice. Below, you can see how it stacks up against another SUV like the Toyota RAV4.

Trim Levels

There are six exciting trims to opt for with the Subaru Outback that consist of the Subaru Outback 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Limited, 2.5i Touring, 3.6R Limited, and the 3.6R Touring. The Toyota RAV4 also has numerous trims to choose from, but with each of the Subaru Outback trims coming with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and more ground clearance. The Outback may be the ideal choice for your upcoming adventures.

Features and Technology

Slightly longer than the RAV4, the Subaru Outback, is equipped to transport lengthier equipment for your future road trips. When it comes to features, the Subaru Outback comes with fun-to-use amenities like the SUBARU STARLINKâ„¢ Multimedia system and cruise control. On the base Outback 2.5i, you get a 6.5-inch screen for multimedia, while the multimedia system on the RAV4 comes with a 6.1-inch screen. For added comfort, you even get to enjoy a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat if you go up just one trim from the base. This is unlike the RAV4 that only offers a maximum 8-way power adjustable driver's seat, and you need to go up more trim levels to get it standard.

Safety

Both SUVs come with notable safety components. While the Toyota RAV4 comes with a suite of safety features standard, the Subaru Outback does as well with amenities like Brake Assist, a Traction Control System, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and a Rear-Vision Camera.

Performance

Depending on the trim that you choose, the Subaru Outback offers a 2.5-liter or 3.6-liter engine. With the 3.6-liter engine and its 256 Horsepower, it is significantly more than what the RAV4 offers. Additionally, the Outback has the capability of towing up to 2,700 pounds. This is quite a bit more than the 1,500 pounds that the Toyota RAV4 has the capability of towing.
