Pet Over Population - Subaru Loves Pets

Helping Local Pets Find Their Homes

Every pet deserves a safe place to call home. That's why McCurley Subaru is proud to support Pet Overpopulation Prevention (POPP) through the Subaru Loves Pets® program.

This year, McCurley Subaru is giving POPP a $4,000 grant, administered by the ASPCA®, to help cover the costs of getting local pets ready for adoption. From veterinary care to everything that helps a pet become adoption-ready, this support helps POPP continue doing what they do best: giving homeless pets another chance.

What is POPP?

Pet Overpopulation Prevention (POPP) is a local nonprofit helping pets find their happy endings. From spay and neuter services to helping animals find loving homes, POPP works to give pets a healthier, happier future while supporting the people who love them.

What to Expect

Last year's event was full of wagging tails, happy families and plenty of puppy love! Visitors got to adopt pets, connect with the people who care for them, and learn more about how POPP helps animals in our community.

Come Meet Your New Best Friend

We're excited to welcome POPP back to McCurley Subaru for a special adoption event on October 17. Thanks to the grant, adoption fees will be 50% off during the event.

POPP is a local, foster-based rescue that works throughout the Tri-Cities to help homeless and abandoned pets find loving homes. They also operate a low-income spay and neuter clinic to help prevent unwanted litters and keep more pets out of shelters and rescue programs.

Whether you're ready to adopt, want to learn more about fostering, or just want to stop by and meet some great dogs and cats, we'd love to see you there.

We're Proud to Support Subaru Loves Pets

Subaru Loves Pets is all about helping animals in need and supporting the organizations that care for them. We're proud to bring that mission right here to our community and help POPP give more pets the chance to find their people.
